DMCA Policy
PlayTera respects intellectual property rights. We strictly adhere to the guidelines of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
DMCA Overview
PlayTera (playteraonline.com) is an **online URL resolver and video player utility**. We explicitly declare that we do not **host, upload, stream, or index** any video files, movies, or media content on our servers. Our system dynamically processes user-submitted cloud links (e.g. TeraBox links) to extract playback data for real-time streaming within the client's browser.
Since we do not host or store files, removing a resolved link from our portal does not delete the file from the internet. To permanently remove infringing content, copyright holders must contact the cloud service hosting the file (such as TeraBox).
Reporting Infringements
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized representative and believe that any content resolved through PlayTera infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a formal **DMCA Takedown Notice** containing the following details:
Required Information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and its location (specific PlayTera URL).
- Your contact information: full name, physical address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
Incomplete or invalid notices may delay response times. Please ensure all requested information is provided.
Counter-Notification Process
If you believe that a resolved link was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may file a **Counter-Notification** with our legal team. The counter-notice must include your identification details, the location of the removed link, and a statement made under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was in error.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complaining party. If the complainant does not file a lawsuit seeking a court order within 10 business days, we may restore the resolved link.
Repeat Infringer Policy
PlayTera maintains a zero-tolerance policy for repeat infringers. If a user is found to repeatedly violate intellectual property rights or generate unauthorized streams, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently block their access to our utility.
